Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Production Worker - Night Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our night shifts, specifically B and D shifts. These roles are ideal for individuals with electronic manufacturing experience and a strong mechanical aptitude, though we are also open to entry-level candidates from various backgrounds. You will play a crucial role in supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines while acquiring job skills and learning company policies and procedures. **Responsibilities** + Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. + Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging duties. + Maintain a working knowledge of production standards and production goals. + Follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision. + Operate within established policies and procedures and seek approval for deviations. + Sit or stand during 10-hour shifts, with standing being required. + Lift no more than 10-15 lbs. and meet metrics for assembling pieces. **Essential Skills** + Previous electronic manufacturing experience, including through-hole or surface mount soldering. + Strong mechanical aptitude. + Basic computer skills, including navigation, basic Excel for documentation, and Outlook experience. + Ability to adapt to changes in work plans and priorities. + Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred. + One or more years of related experience preferred. + Basic computer skills. + Good oral and written communication skills. + Attention to detail. + Self-motivation and ability to work independently. **Why Work Here?** Join a national company involved in exciting industries like space, medical, and defense.
