The Role Lightsource bp is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of large‑scale solar projects from construction through commissioning and close‑out. This role is responsible for managing EPC contractors, project budgets, schedules, and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with engineering, procurement, permitting, and executive leadership while managing both remote and on‑site project teams . Key Responsibilities - Lead execution of utility‑scale solar projects under EPC agreements through mechanical, substantial, and final completion - Manage project budgets, schedules, risk, and contract performance - Oversee EPC contractors, subcontractors, and consultants - Ensure compliance with permits, regulatory requirements, and environmental commitments - Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams on system design, RFIs, submittals, and long‑lead equipment - Support negotiation and administration of EPC contr
