The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience overseeing construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, managing project timelines, and coordinating various aspects of the construction process. District Overview Kiewit’s Northwest District is headquartered in Vancouver, Washington. We primarily perform heavy civil projects specializing in earth moving, transportation, roadways, water resources, and underground utilities.
