(Role: Professional Supervisor) JOB FUNCTION: Plans and coordinates grounds-keeping at HECO substations, other facilities and custodial work at the Ward Avenue and King Street facilities. Supervises Facilities Operations staff. Provides knowledge, expertise, and guidance in building maintenance, grounds keeping and herbiciding. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: + Plans, coordinates, directs (supervises) and evaluates activities of the Building Services and Grounds-keeping teams , Sr. Electrician and Carpenter. Establishes schedules and determines priorities for building and grounds-keeping maintenance. Reports work environment problems with recommendations/solutions.
