Employer: Aerotek. **Manufacturing Maintenance Technician** **Pay range from $28 - $35 depending on experience!** (Higher level electrical positions open as well) Aerotek is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support equipment and facility maintenance in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on production equipment. **Job Description:** + Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production equipment + Maintain processing equipment, conveyors, packaging machinery, and plant systems + Diagnose and repair mechanical components such as bearings, belts, chains, and gearboxes + Troubleshoot basic pneumatic and low-voltage electrical systems + Perform routine facility maintenance including plumbing, building repairs, and general upkeep + Support equipment installations and line changeovers + Perform light welding and fabrication (MIG/TIG) on stainless steel components + Use CMMS to document maintenance activities and work orders + Follow safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE requirements + Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards + Collaborate with production, QA, and sanitation teams to maintain safe operations **Responsibilities:** + Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime + Execute preventive maintenance programs on production machinery + Maintain accurate maintenance records and parts usage + Perform facility and equipment inspections to ensure safe operation + Assist with installation and setup of new equipment + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment **Requirements:** + 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (food, beverage, pharma, or packaging preferred) + Strong mechanical aptitude (bearings, belts, chains, drive systems) + Experience with basic pneumatics and low-voltage electrical systems + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schem
