This role is responsible for performing general building maintenance, responding to service requests, and assisting with routine upkeep of facility spaces and equipment. The technician will help ensure the site remains safe, functional, and well‑maintained for daily operations. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in general maintenance practices and a willingness to learn and grow within a facilities environment. Working as part of an onsite team, the Maintenance Technician will assist with scheduled tasks, basic troubleshooting, and day‑to‑day facility support while delivering professional and customer‑focused service. **Shift:** Monday - Friday 9:00AM to 5:30AM **Responsibilities** + Perform routine general maintenance throughout the facility, including minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and lighting. + Support preventive maintenance programs on building systems and equipment. + Assist with basic troubleshooting of HVAC components such as filters, belts, and thermostats. + Complete work orders and service requests in a timely and professional manner. + Conduct regular inspections of facility spaces and mechanical areas, reporting deficiencies as needed. + Maintain clean, safe, and organ
