Employer: ABM Industries. Overview ABM Industries is seeking Facilities Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Moraine, OH (1900 Dryden Road, supporting 10 regional AES Ohio locations). This role focuses on general repairs, preventative maintenance, and overall facility upkeep across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will handle routine maintenance such as drywall, painting, minor plumbing and electrical work, and HVAC PMs (filters and coil cleaning), along with daily physical tasks like trash removal, grounds cleanup, furniture moving, and event support. This position requires flexibility to handle urgent issues, adapt to changing priorities, and complete work orders via mobile device while following strict safety protocols. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with basic hands-on tool knowledge who is comfortable with physical work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who shows up consistently and is willing to take on any task. Prior maintenance, construction, or general labor experience is a plus but not required. Location: 1900 Dryden Road, Moraine, OH (supporting 10 AES Ohio sites in the Dayton area) Schedule/Hours: Monday – Friday: 7:30AM – 4:00PM or 8:00AM – 4:30PM + on-call rotation (based on seniority) Pay: $23.28 per hour The pay listed is the hourly range for this position.
