Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for traveling to various properties in the Rhode Island area and performing general maintenance tasks on buildings. **Responsibilities** + Drive to properties and perform maintenance work on buildings. + Conduct repair and troubleshooting tasks using hand and power tools. + Perform janitorial duties and ensure cleanliness. + Carry out carpentry tasks, including finish trim and drywall installation. + Patch roofs and handle sheet rock tasks. + Cut concrete and install new flooring. + Dispose of garbage and maintain the overall upkeep of properties. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in repair and maintenance techniques. + Experience in mechanical troubleshooting. + Skilled in using hand and power tools for maintenance tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in carpentry and drywall installation. + Ability to patch roofs and cut concrete. + Knowledge of putting new flooring. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company that values its employees and offers a supportive and collaborative work environment. **Work Environment** Work in a construction and maintenance environment, with a first shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Providence, RI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
