Join a team where your skills are valued, and your work makes a tangible impact on restaurant operations and guest satisfaction. **Position Overview** As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic standards of our restaurants. This role involves routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and proactive solutions to keep our facilities in top condition. **Key Responsibilities** + General Maintenance & Repairs + Perform tile work, including replacement and repair of damaged tiles. + Address drywall and FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Panels) issues, including patching, repairing, and installing. + Unclog, repair, and maintain drain lines and plumbing systems. + Replace and repair ceilings, ceiling tiles, and grid systems as needed. + Conduct lighting maintenance, including bulb and ballast replacement, and troubleshoot electrical issues. + Repair or replace electrical outlets, switches, and wiring. + Preventative Maintenance + Perform minor carpentry, painting, and sealing to prevent structural deterioration. + Maintain equipment such as door hardware, hinges, and locks. + Inspect and maintain restaurant seating, booths, and other furnishings. + Safety & Compliance + Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards. + Document and report potential safety hazards or violations. + Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime. + Collaboration & Communication + Work closely with restaurant management to prioritize maintenance needs. + Coordinate with vendors or contract
