Employer: ManpowerGroup. Our client, a leading manufacturer of paper and corrugated materials in Kansas City, KS, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their dedicated team on 2nd shift. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the Maintenance Department supporting the plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. **Job Title:** Maintenance Technician **Location:** Kansas City, KS **Pay Range:** $30+ depending on experience **Shift:** Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm **What's the Job?** + Proactively perform work order repairs, preventive maintenance tasks, inspections, and adjustments + Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, servo motors, drives, pneumatic, and hydraulic breakdowns + Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of repairs and projects + Ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness through proper maintenance practices + Perform fabrication and modification of new and existing equipment, and support facility maintenance activities **What's Needed?** + Working knowledge of NEC Handbook and ability to interpret schematics and drawings + Ability to plan tasks, create material lists, and order parts effectively + Proficiency in troubleshooting Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs and programs + Experience working with paper slitting or flexo graphic presses is preferred but not required. + Experience troubleshooting AC, DC, and Servo motors and drives + High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and electrical repairs **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team + Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and skill development + Work in a stable environment with consistent shifts + Gain valuable experience in a manufacturing setting + Be part of a company committed to s
