Employer: ABM Industries. **Overview** We are seeking a dependable and skilled Residential Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance operations of residential properties and apartment communities. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting building systems, and ensuring units and common areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and functional condition. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and experience working in residential or multifamily maintenance environments. **Pay:** $28.56/hr The pay listed is the salary range for this position.
