You work on both electrical and mechanical systems, with a strong emphasis on mechanical maintenance, supporting a small, collaborative maintenance team on a steady day shift schedule. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine and corrective maintenance on all production machinery to ensure reliable and efficient operation. + Diagnose mechanical issues on equipment and implement effective repairs with a focus on mechanical systems over electrical. + Troubleshoot and repair electrical components and systems as needed to support production operations. + Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to keep the manufacturing environment safe, clean, and compliant. + Assist with minor concrete and carpentry work related to equipment installation, repair, or facility upkeep. + Follow FDA regulations and internal procedures while performing maintenance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. + Collaborate with a team of maintenance technicians to prioritize work orders and minimize equipment downtime. + Document maintenance activities accurately and communicate equipment status to supervisors and production staff. + Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance equipment reliability and performance. **Essential Skills** + Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician or maintenance mechanic working on production machinery. + Strong mechanical maintenance skills with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues on equipment. + Working knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in an industrial or manufacturing environment. + Experience with facilities maintenance in a production or manufacturing setting. + Ability to work safely and effectively in an
