Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Trim Carpenter** **Job Description** This position seeks a skilled Trim Carpenter with strong experience in finish carpentry, drywall installation and finishing, and interior painting. You will deliver high-quality interior finishes, execute precise trim work, and support general interior construction tasks in both residential and commercial environments. The role requires a detail-oriented craftsperson who works efficiently, maintains a professional standard of workmanship, and consistently meets project timelines. **Responsibilities** + Perform finish and trim carpentry, including the installation of baseboards, casing, crown molding, doors, cabinets, and specialty millwork. + Hang, tape, and finish drywall to achieve smooth, paint-ready surfaces, including Level 4 or Level 5 finishes. + Complete interior painting tasks, including surface preparation, priming, and applying finish coats to produce clean, professional results. + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and finish schedules to plan and execute work accurately. + Measure, cut, and install materials with precision, ensuring tight joints, clean lines, and consistent quality. + Repair or replace damaged trim, drywall, or finishes to restore interiors to a high standard. + Maintain a clean, organized work area and protect finished surfaces from damage throughout the project. + Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines and adapt to changing jobsite priorities. + Follow all safety policies and jobsite procedures, using tools and equipment in a safe and responsible manner. **Essential Skills** + At least 3 years of experience in trim carpentry or finish carpentry. + Strong proficiency in finish carpentry, including installation of baseboards, casing, crown molding, doors, cabinets, and specialty millwork. + Proficiency in drywall hanging and finishing, including Level 4 or Level 5 finishing. + Strong painting skills, including brush, roll, and basic spr
