This role involves repetitive tasks, frequent lifting with team assistance, and quick mental math to support efficient production. It offers the opportunity to observe experienced machine operators, cross-train on equipment, and grow into higher-level operator roles within a dynamic manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Stack materials of varying sizes onto conveyors repeatedly while following all safety procedures and using team lifting when needed. + Monitor product as it moves through the machine to ensure it is processed correctly and without interruption. + Assist with general upkeep and cleanliness of the production floor to maintain a safe and organized work area. + Perform repetitive production and general labor tasks with consistency and attention to detail. + Work closely with other team members to support smooth production flow and meet operational goals. + Observe machine operators to learn equipment operation and production processes. + Participate in cross-training opportunities to develop skills that can lead to promotion into higher-level operator positions. + Remain on your feet and active throughout long shifts, typically 8–12 hours. + Apply basic math skills quickly during production activities as needed. + Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a safety-focused, team-oriented environment. **Work Environment** This position is based in a large manufacturing facility that is not temperature regulated, so conditions may vary with the seasons.
