Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Production Worker / Assembler II** **Job Description** The Production Worker / Assembler II fabricates component parts and assembles finished products such as trusses, walls, and flooring according to customer specifications. This role works under close supervision, follows detailed instructions, and contributes to meeting production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. SE HABLA ESPANOL SHIFT: 4PM - 2:30 Monday to Thursday Overtime on Fridays and Saturdays (Flexible) **Responsibilities** + Fabricate component parts and assemble finished products according to customer specifications and production drawings. + Perform all facets of assembly for the framing of trusses, walls, and flooring using wood and related materials. + Use a hammer, tape measure, hand tools, and power tools to assemble products accurately and efficiently. + Attach and securely fasten hangers and other hardware to wood components in line with specified measurements and layouts. + Inspect completed assemblies using an overhead laser and other measuring tools to verify proper dimensions and hanger placement. + Work on a production line or in designated areas with other team members to complete assigned stages of the assembly process. + Rotate through various departments or work areas as needed to support overall production requirements. + Keep up with established production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy. + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work, clarify instructions, and address issues. + Follow all safety rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures at all times. + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area, including disposing of scrap and trash as required. + Assist with general housekeeping tasks in the production area as needed. + Adapt to working both indoors and outdoors as required by production needs. **Essential Skills** + At l
