The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, follow detailed instructions, and take pride in producing high-quality products in a consistent and reliable manner. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and build plastic static mixers using manual and semi-automated processes. + Perform light assembly of plastic parts, often by hand, and occasionally using semi-automated or automated equipment. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times. + Support and adhere to all safety procedures and complete all required safety training. + Identify and support improvement opportunities for processes to help meet company objectives and customer expectations. + Identify opportunities for improvement to meet quality system objectives and enhance product consistency. + Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent product quality. + Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain efficient workflow. + Handle and move materials, including lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lbs, as needed for production activities. + Perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods, depending on task requirements and personal preference. + Use manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to assemble parts accurately and efficiently. + Communicate clearly with team members to support coordination, quality, and safety compliance. **Essential Skills** + Experience with production, general labor, assembly, or assembly line work. + Ability to perform compounding and mixing tasks in a manufacturing enviro
