Employer: ManpowerGroup. Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the operations supporting bulk loading and material handling processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. **Job Title:** Production Worker **Location:** Catskill, NY **Pay Range: $20.00/hr** **Shift: 1st & 2nd Shifts-** Monday - Friday- 6am-2:30pm and 3pm - 11pm **What's the Job?** + Operate and learn to control remotely operated equipment for bulk loading of cement. + Take measurements and inspect containers from elevated positions, including heights above six inches. + Maintain accurate records, compile stock reports, and complete shipping paperwork. + Work outdoors and indoors, dressing appropriately for weather conditions. + Follow safety protocols and wear provided PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection, safety vests, and work gloves. **What's Needed?** + High School Diploma or GED required. + Reliable transportation to and from the work site. + Ability to wear safety toe work boots that go above the ankle (steel or composite). + Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments. + Strong communication skills and punctuality. **What's in it for me?** + Paid lunch breaks. + Opportunity for temp-to-hire based on performance and attendance. + Training for operating computerized equipment and learning new skills. + Supportive work environment with safety as a priority. + Potential for overtime and career growth. **Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:** + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans + Dental Plan + Supplemental Life Insurance + Short Term Disability Insurance + 401(k) If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch
