You will prepare screens, set up and run equipment, and ensure every print meets strict quality and accuracy standards. The position offers opportunities on both 1st and 2nd shift in a busy, growing apparel printing operation. Responsibilities - Set up and operate screen-printing machines to produce high-quality printed garments. - Prepare screens and printing equipment according to production specifications. - Load garments onto printing equipment and unload finished items safely and efficiently. - Monitor machines during operation to ensure consistent print quality and accuracy. - Inspect printed garments to ensure they meet company quality standards. - Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain print quality and resolve minor issues. - Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets. - Use basic Microsoft applications to document work and maintain simple production records. - Handle general production and general labor tasks as needed to support the team. - Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. - Collaborate with team members and communicate any production or equipment issues promptly. - Assist with basic troubleshooting of screen-printing equipment and escalate complex issues when necessary. Essential Skills - At least 2 years of experience as a general production worker. - Hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment. - Experience setting up and operating screen-printing or similar printing machines. - Ability to load and unload garments or materials on production equipment safely. - Basic machine operation skills with attention to safety and quality. - Experience with general labor tasks in a fast-paced setting. - Ability to use Microsoft applications for
