You will handle materials, perform basic inventory tasks, and prepare finished products for shipment, contributing directly to a high-volume manufacturing operation. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload parts from the production line while maintaining a steady workflow. + Inspect parts for defects and ensure each item meets quality specifications. + Assemble parts according to detailed specifications using hand tools while keeping up with the speed of the moving production line. + Perform inventory audits and reconcile daily electronic transactions using provided systems and tools. + Identify defective parts, clearly mark them for rework, and place them in designated rework areas. + Place all finished parts into appropriate shipping racks for delivery to customers. + Operate material handling equipment, such as sit-down forklifts, to move materials and finished goods as needed. + Use RF scanners to track materials, inventory, and completed products accurately. + Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area. + Work overtime as needed to support production demands and meet customer deadlines. **Essential Skills** + Experience with material handling in a production or warehouse environment. + Experience working on an assembly line or in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. + Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively for basic assembly tasks. + Ability to use RF scanners for tracking inventory and materials. + Ability to operate a sit-down forklift or willingness to learn with appropriate training. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during the shift. + Ability to work overtime when required to meet production needs. + Strong attention to detail to identify defective parts and maintain quality standards. + Ability
