Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** This role involves handling and preparing 55-gallon drums for reuse by unloading them from trailers, placing them on a conveyor system, and ensuring they pass through a series of mechanical washing stations. You help maintain a steady production flow by stacking cleaned drums on pallets in the shipping area and performing quality checks throughout the process. The position is physically demanding and requires consistent attention to detail in a fast-paced factory environment. **Responsibilities** + Unload empty 55-gallon drums, weighing approximately 30–35 pounds each, from trailers and place them onto a conveyor line in a safe and efficient manner. + Separate and place drum lids onto their designated conveyor line to ensure proper processing. + Monitor drums as they move through multiple mechanical washing stations and ensure the equipment operates smoothly. + Stack cleaned drums onto pallets in the final shipping area according to established procedures. + Prepare full pallets for pickup by the shipping team and maintain an organized staging area. + Perform quality checks on drums throughout the workday to ensure they meet cleanliness and condition standards. + Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including the conveyor line and surrounding production space. + Follow all safety guidelines and procedures when lifting, moving, and stacking drums. + Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting and movement tasks throughout the shift. + Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to support continuous production flow and address any issues promptly. **Essential Skills** + At least 6 months of factory or production work experience. + Ability to stand for the entire workday in a fast-paced production environment. + Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds continuously throughout the workday. + Strong attention to detail to perform ongoing quality checks on drums. + Ability to
