You will perform physically active tasks throughout most of your shift and help ensure products are prepared, inspected, and packaged to quality standards. Responsibilities - Load and unload bar mats and floor mats from designated areas, equipment, or vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. - Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift. - Perform general labor tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a tidy work area. - Assist with production activities such as staging materials, preparing items for inspection, and supporting packaging processes. - Inspect materials and products visually to identify obvious defects, damage, or contamination and report issues to the appropriate personnel. - Follow established procedures for loading, unloading, and handling materials to maintain quality and safety standards. - Stand for most of the shift while performing tasks that may require stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, and reaching. - Work at a steady, efficient pace to meet daily productivity and quality expectations. - Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to coordinate workflow and ensure tasks are completed on time.
