Employer: Adecco US, Inc.. **Warehouse Pallet Jack Operator – Colchester, VT** **Pay Rate:** $20/hour **Schedule:** 1st Shift – 7:00 AM – 3:30/4:00 PM **Assignment Type:** Temporary (with potential for extension) **Job Overview** Adecco is hiring Warehouse Pallet Jack Operators in Colchester, VT to support daily warehouse operations. This is a physically active role focused on order building and staging products for outbound shipments. Associates will operate a **low-rise power pallet jack (walkie rider)** to safely move products throughout the warehouse. **Key Responsibilities** + Build orders by picking and moving product throughout the shift + Operate a **power pallet jack (PIT / walkie rider)** to transport materials + Palletize and stage orders in designated areas for truck loading (no direct loading) + Maintain accurate inventory movement and organization + Support shipping and order fulfillment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency + Work collaboratively with warehouse and transportation teams + Follow all safety and operational procedures **Production Expectations** + Build and move up to **160 cases per hour** once fully trained + Handle products typically weighing **6–30 lbs** **Physical Requirements** + Ability to perform repetitive lifting and movement for up to 8-hour shifts + Must be comfortable with continuous physical activity (on feet most of the day) + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly **Qualifications** + Previous pallet jack (PIT / walkie rider) experience preferred + Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity goals + Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment **Training & Interview Process** + Candidates will be **brought onsite prior to start** for a walkthrough of the role and responsibilities + Equipment use is not permitted until **full certification is completed** **Safety Requirements** + **Steel toe boots are required** + Safety vest required onsite + Must follow all warehouse safety protocols at all tim
