Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator** **Job Description** The Warehouse Coordinator oversees daily warehouse operations by coordinating the loading and unloading of trucks, preparing outbound shipments, and managing all related documentation such as invoices and bills of lading. This role uses WMS/ERP systems and spreadsheets to perform accurate data entry, generate reports, and maintain up-to-date inventory and shipping records. The position requires 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution logistics environment and involves frequent interaction with warehouse staff in a fast-paced setting. 1st. shift: Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm **Responsibilities** + Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods. + Prepare outbound shipments, including organizing orders, packing, labeling, and staging materials for dispatch. + Manage documentation for all shipments, including invoices, bills of lading, and other required shipping records. + Perform data entry in WMS/ERP systems and spreadsheets to maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving information. + Generate regular reports related to warehouse inventory, shipping, receiving, and supply chain activities. + Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and receipts to support effective warehouse management. + Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. + Handle material movement within the warehouse, including picking, packing, and organizing products for storage and shipment. + Operate sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move, load, and unload products. + Interact frequently with warehouse workers to communicate daily tasks, priorities, and operational updates. + Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all warehouse activities to support quality and safety standards for food products. + Use Microsoft Word and Excel t
