The Project Manager of Warehouse Development will work with internal logistic, IT, warehouse operations and manage external construction partners to achieve expansion of the ALDI Distribution Center Network. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction management experience, highly organized and possesses excellent communication skills. The objective of this role is to meet growth initiatives through modernization and expansion of Regional Distribution Centers. Position Type: Full-Time Starting Salary: $155,250 Salary Increases: Year 2 - $165,500 | Year 3 - $176,000 Work Location: Dublin, OH This role is eligible to participate in ALDI’s Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week).
