As Team Lead, you will work to create the comfortable and safe environment our patients have come to expect by ensuring all assigned facility areas are clean, fully stocked and organized. Lead a team of Environmental Service Area or Floor Technicians with daily assignments directed by the supervising management team. Provides orientation and training to the caregivers in assigned areas. Collaborates with other Environmental Services Team Leads, and supervisory team as needed to coordinate and create a sanitary, safe environment to enhance the appearance of the facility. Performs job functions across all settings. Serves as resource that is knowledgeable of all job functions and responsibilities. Your efforts help enhance the Cleveland Clinic experience and assist other caregivers in providing attentive patient care. A caregiver in this position works 7:00am to 3:30pm with overtime approximately 30 minutes on each weekday and 1 hour on each weekend day.
