Job Title: Estimator Job Description This Estimator role focuses on delivering accurate, measurement-based cost estimates for large, complex construction projects from conceptual design through construction documents. You will prepare detailed cost plans and feasibility studies, provide cost advice and value engineering options, and work closely with design teams and project stakeholders throughout all project phases. Responsibilities - Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurement-based estimating for civil, architectural, façade, exterior, and roofing scopes. - Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed cost estimates across all design phases, from concept through construction documents. - Prepare comprehensive cost plans, budgets, and feasibility studies for large-scale and complex construction projects. - Analyze drawings, specifications, and design documents to generate accurate pricing and trade-level estimates. - Collaborate closely with design teams, clients, and project stakeholders throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. - Provide cost advice and value engineering options while maintaining the design intent and overall project objectives. - Evaluate market conditions, including labor and material trends and escalation factors, to ensure estimates reflect current conditions. - Contribute to benchmarking efforts and support the development and maintenance of internal cost databases. - Support client presentations by preparing clear, well-structured reports, summaries, and other reporting deliverables. - Assist senior team members on large projects by preparing trade breakdowns, validating quantities, and updating cost models. - Apply a strong understanding of construction methods and cost drivers across trades to improv
