What We’re Looking For: Serves legal documents, scans/retrieves records, completes affidavits, and builds effective relationships with custodians to reflect a positive company image. What You Will Do: - Preps, scans, inspects, compiles, and assembles projects accurately and on time. - Copies images and documents in color or black & white utilizing special software and equipment. - Disassembles and reassembles documents without damaging or getting the documents out of order. - Inspects the quality of documents while copying or duplicating. - Completes all paperwork in a timely, accurate, and legible manner. - Maintains all logs and reporting documentation. - Prevents assembly errors by maintaining an organized workstation and/or vehicle. - Performs any and all duties as assigned related to reprographics, binding and quality control of all copy requests. - Maintains all company issued equipment and optimal machine performance by clearing jams, refilling toner, replacing machine oil, etc. - Maintains working knowledge of machine codes to report in the event of equipment failure. - Accounts for all supplies and metered items. - Maintains a consistent and prompt line of communication regarding a problem or special order with management. - Follows workflow identified in department po
