Company Benefits: - 6% 401k match - Day one medical, dental, vision, RX (get all starting as low as $33.00/month!) - HSA with company contribution - Monthly bonus (possibility of up to 11%) - 10 paid vacation days (prorated first calendar year) - Paid personal days - 11 paid holidays - Annual merit increases - Opportunity for overtime hours/shifts - Education Tuition Assistance Available Shifts: - 2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm Monday - Friday Job Description: - Utilize Preventive Maintenance as the Proactive means of controlling Machine Up/Down Time. - Demonstrate Log Out/ Tag Out - Perform routine oil filtration / oil removal and filter change on large and small presses, Plastic Injection Molding Machines, Rubber Injection Molding Machines, Rubber Processing and Preforming Equipment - Practice Oil Analysis Management for all required equipment - Knowledge of the basic principles on how the machinery/equipment/ tools work - Skilled & knowledge on electrical principles of three phase, motors (linear, servo, AC Induction, DC motor) and able to diagnose and troubleshoot any technical problem on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment - Skilled & knowledge on electronic principles and able to interpret blueprint and schematic component and troubleshoot on the problem all HPMP equipment - Skilled & knowledge in performing troubleshoot with ladder diagram and diagnose any technical problem on PLC control of CNC machines -
