Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Description The Industrial Maintenance Technician installs, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs a wide range of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical equipment used in an industrial environment. This role supports production reliability by performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing complex equipment issues, and implementing effective repairs and improvements. The technician also programs and maintains automation systems, including PLCs, CNC machines, and robotics, while documenting all work in accordance with established standards. Responsibilities - Test, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment and systems, including circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, servo drives, and related components. - Fabricate and machine components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts made from metal, plastic, and wood for projects, equipment repairs, maintenance work orders, and machine modifications. - Write, program, troubleshoot, modify, and repair programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CNC machines, robotics, and other electronic and automation equipment. - Diagnose and repair issues with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical machine components to restore equipment to proper operation. - Perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment according to established standards and schedules. - Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, ladder logic, and other technical documentation to support troubleshooting and repairs. - Maintain accurate written and electronic documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage in accordance with company procedures. - Ensure all work complies with applicable safety regulations, standards, and company policies, and actively contribute to a safe work environment. - Collaborate closely with other maintenance technicians, production staff, and engineering teams to support efficient o
