Work you'll do As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the M&A team, you will be responsible for... - Gathering, normalizing, validating, and analyzing transactional data, including sales and inventory data, to develop and test deal hypotheses - Working with cross-functional teams across financial, accounting, operational, and tax due diligence to manage data analysis and support transaction execution - Using business intelligence tools and data analytics to generate meaningful insights tied to client investment hypotheses and transaction decisions - Identifying opportunities to design and develop visualizations and dashboards that enable effective and repeatable analysis of large transactional datasets - Advising clients directly, including C-suite and private equity executives, while coordinating with FP&A and Strategic Finance personnel to identify, collect, and validate data from client databases Team members collaborate with other transaction service analytics professionals, members of the deal teams and clients to produce analyses within fast-paced transaction deadlines.
