Employer: Aerotek. Job Title: Machine Operator Job Summary Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment following SOPs to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. Work with teams to meet production goals. Key Responsibilities - Set up, operate, and adjust machinery - Assist with changeovers and basic troubleshooting - Perform quality checks and maintain documentation - Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety standards - Maintain a clean work area Requirements - 6+ months manufacturing experience (GMP preferred) - Machine operation and mechanical aptitude - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs - Basic math, reading, and documentation skills - Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Work Schedule - Night shift: 6:30 PM – 6:50 AM (2-2-3 schedule) - 4 weeks day-shift training Benefits - Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay - Overtime opportunities - Growth and advancement potential Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Affton, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
