If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to work - we want to talk to you! What You'll Do: - Operate rubber molding presses (injection, compression, transfer) - Load raw materials and remove finished parts from presses - Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met - Remove defective parts and maintain accurate production counts - Keep work area clean and safe - Assist with minor troubleshooting and machine adjustments No prior experience? No problem. We provide training! What We're Looking For: - Ability to stand for 8+ hour shifts - Comfortable with repetitive production work - Strong attention to detail - Basic mechanical aptitude - Reliable attendance Shifts Available: - 2nd Shift - 3rd Shift - Overtime available (and unlimited!)
