As a Packaging Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Packaging Technician Location: St. Peters, MO Pay Range: $16.00/hr Shifts Available: - $16/hr | Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule - $17/hr | Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule What's the Job? - Operating production machines to make products (packing equipment, fillers, mixers, bottlers, pallet jacks, case erectors) - Quality Assurance – Ensuring high standards are met - Stacking and palletizing products as part of the production line - Collaborating with team members to optimize production efficiency - Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards What's Needed? - 1+ year of machine operator experience in a production environment (packaging experience preferred) - Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently - Steel-Toe shoes - Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards - Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts and stand for long periods of time - Background & Drug screen What's in it for me? - Set Schedule – Work just 15 days a month! - 3-Day Weekends – Every other weekend off! - Discounted Products - Room for Growth and Advancement - FREE Education Opportunities!
