The Merchandiser Mandate Retail Service is responsible for effectively working in teams to perform reset and remodel work, including, but not limited to, reading and implementation of plan-o-grams, new item placement, void corrections, and special merchandising activity. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner, has a strong attention to detail, and works well in a team situation. They must possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with business partners. What will you do? - Read and follow plan-o-grams to accurately complete reset and remodel projects while demonstrating knowledge of merchandising and retail terminology. - Move and clean shelves, install racks and fixtures, display merchandise properly, place shelf strips and tags correctly, check date codes and plan-o-gram integrity, and process pack-outs, restocks, and reorders. - Partner with store personnel and co-workers to achieve merchandising excellence, discuss changes, and maintain strong working relationships. - Report observations and issues to the Mandate Senior Area Manager or Mandate Area Manager. - Utilize web-based applications to manage work schedules, acc
