What you will do: - Operate NEW Production Line - 12-hour NIGHT Shift Schedule (Train on DAYS) - Multiple weekdays and every other weekend off - Become a Skilled Machine Operator - Pull and weigh materials - Learn line start-up and troubleshooting - Learn to Operate Forklift - Assist other projects and work as needed Skills needed for success: - Mechanical ability and problem solving - Safe work behaviors and attention to detail - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. - Ability to stand and walk throughout shift - HS Diploma or GED preferred Why you should work with us! - Starting Pay of $23.00 per hour ($1.00 Shift Premium when moved to Nights) - +.50 pay increase at 6 months - Generous paid time off - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage - 401K retirement with 100% match - FREE life, disability, and critical illness insurance - FREE Telehealth care 24/7/365 - Training and advancement opportunities A resume or list of work history is kindly requested.
