This role involves collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule and are delivered successfully. Responsibilities - Review and maintain comprehensive master project schedules for all phases of data center construction and infrastructure projects. - Monitor, track, and analyze schedule performance, proactively identifying deviations, critical path impacts, and potential risks. - Collaborate with internal and external project teams—including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning departments—to gather schedule data and drive alignment. - Lead schedule review meetings and workshops, providing strategic guidance and actionable recommendations to project teams and leadership. - Manage schedule updates, progress reporting, change management, and resource allocation processes. - Ensure schedule integration with cost controls, resource planning, and overall project delivery objectives. - Prepare and deliver clear and informative schedule status reports, forecasts, and presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership. - Champion the use of industry best practices, tools, and methodologies for project scheduling and time management. - Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in scheduling processes and tools. - Mentor and support junior scheduling staff, fostering knowledge sharing and skills development within the team.
