Empresa: Aerotek. General Production Worker Shifts Available 4:00pm - 12:30am, Monday - Friday Pay - 25/hr - Mandatory Saturday overtime on occasion - Overtime during the week may occur up to 2 hours before or after the shift start/end times Responsibilities - Work closely with team members to prepare and assemble steel materials - Utilize hand and power tools to cut and prepare steel for assembly - Operate machinery to cut, shape, and process steel components. - Rotate through different production tasks to support workflow. - Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Essential Skills - Willingness to learn and take on different roles within the team. - Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently. - Dependable work ethic and positive attitude. - Commitment to safety and quality. Additional Skills & Qualifications - Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates with construction/carpentry experience or experience from another related field can be considered - Experience performing or willingness to perform fast-paced, physically demanding work. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Good attitude and eagerness to learn.
