Employer: CBRE. About the Role The Project Manager provides consulting services for our multi-usefacility client account to help achieve the company's strategic businessobjectives. This job is part of the Project Management function. Theyare responsible for the management of projects from initiation throughcompletion. Projects consist of both ground up and facility infrastructureconstruction projects. Role may require up to 50% travel regionallypredominantly in the Eastern Time Zone. What You’ll Do Manage all areas of projectmanagement for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design,construction, occupancy, and closeout. Work directly with clients toprepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, projectdelivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule& milestones, quality control, and risk identification. Define the project deliveryresources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualificationprocess. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations,and recommend resources to clients. Implement projectdocumentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrityand documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated. Direct the project deliveryteam by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals. Create action plans to meetobjectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and reportstatus and variances. Demonstrate ability toidentify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. Apply in-depth knowledge ofstandard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignmentsand provide innovative solutions. Coach others and sharein-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several jobdisciplines within the function.
