This person must have exceptional communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. Qualifications: Required Skills and Qualifications: - Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in housekeeping or the hospitality industry is a plus. - Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear directions on guests’ requests. - Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and organization in public areas. 1 - Physical Stamina : The role requires physical mobility and stamina, as attendants must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
