With 64 private patient rooms, 14 operating rooms and four intensive care unit rooms, the facility was designed to provide a comforting environment that is innovative, efficient and centered on the patient experience. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Directs all efforts and activities associated with the specific site operations where located. Responsible for the overall coordination, guidance, and direction of the practices, processes, and programs for the associated assigned inpatient and/or outpatient service area (i.e., Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language-Pathology, Therapeutic Activities Services, Psychology, Audiology and Day Rehabilitation). Responsibilities - Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership. - Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense
