What you’ll do - Participate on project teams and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables - Identify and course correct project issues and risks, participate in response plans to resolve issues - Create new Outside Plant (OSP) network designs in various applications/software - Develop and issue work prints for OSP Telecom networks - Work with Engineering and Construction departments and coordinate with permitting agencies - Create documentation and reporting to support the work package, ie: bill of materials, labor quantities, etc. - Ensure facility designs follow company standards and comply with the requirements of local, state and federal regulations, which may include Rural Utilities Service (RUS) - Provide any documentation required for the cost-effective placement of communication facilities - Meet project deadlines and successfully complete tasks under tight timelines - Other duties as assigned What you’ll need - To be 18 years of age or older - Authorization to work in the United States for this company - High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or at least four years of telecommunications OSP Design/Engineering Experience is required - Associate’s or Bachel
