As a Senior Engineer in Digital & Automation, you’ll lead digital transformation initiatives across engineering design and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will apply advanced controls, vision systems, sensor fusion, and robotics to improve production efficiency, product quality, and operational performance while accelerating innovation across a global manufacturing network. This role requires strong technology leadership and digital integration mindset. - Identify and evaluate emerging technologies in machine vision, spectroscopy, sensor fusion, advanced automation, and robotics to drive continuous innovation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, bridge process knowledge, controls, sensing, data, and physical automation to convert business needs into robust, scalable digital solutions - Lead proof of concept, validation, integration, and industrialization of digital solutions to enable real-time data
