As a lead tech, you will be responsible for ensuring all our surgical cases have the correct instrumentation for every case as well as ensuring that same day turn-overs are completed on time. Our ideal candidate will be a Certified Registered Central Services Technician (CRCST). - Monday-Friday 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. - Evening Shift - Must be Certified Overview Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital offers highly specialized surgical and medical services in an intimate environment and is known for outstanding patient care. We ensure the integrity and sterility of our products and services for our customers. We control all parts of the sterilization process: decontamination, prep & pack, documentation of sterilization records, and sterile storage. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Assists the supervisor in providing quality, cost-effective decontamination, sterilization, and distribution services.
