Job Description Position Purpose: Responsible for the overall planning, supervision, and management of the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) department including construction, maintenance, and repair of the water distribution system and company facilities. Ensures safe, reliable, regulatory-compliant service while delivering strong customer experience, operational efficiency, financial performance, and employee development. Provides both field leadership and departmental management oversight including scheduling, crew supervision, emergency response, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Primary Duties/Responsibilities: - Operations & Field Execution: - Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance, installation, and repair projects. - Assign crews based on job requirements and workforce capability. - Supervise and inspect construction, maintenance, and repair activities. - Oversee emergent and after-hours work and participate in emergency callout rotation. - Conduct field investigations and site inspections for complaints and planned projects. - Monitor contractor work quality, materials usage, and compliance. - Oversee mark-out contractor field operations and billing. - Maintain T&D facilities,
