Job Title: Facilities Technician Job Description The Facilities Technician will be responsible for turning over apartments for new tenants, performing drywall repair and patching, and undertaking light carpentry tasks. The role includes light electrical repairs as well as inspecting and testing appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and handling snow removal during the winter months. Essential Skills - Experience in facility maintenance. - Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. - Knowledge of building and property maintenance. - Ability to perform HVAC repairs. Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience with boilers and HVAC systems. - Possession of personal hand tools. - Skills in painting. Why Work Here?
