Job Description / Responsibilities - Develop and nurture strong relationships with key customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs and inquiries. - Understand customer goals, objectives, and challenges to align the company's products or services to their specific needs. - Provide proactive support and guidance to customers throughout their journey, ensuring they maximize the value of the products or services. - Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and customer satisfaction surveys to assess customer health and identify areas for improvement. - Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics, identifying at-risk customers and implement proactive measures to mitigate churn. - Coordinate with the implementation and support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers. - Increase the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of existing clients and generate positive reviews on marketing platforms like G2 & Capterra. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations and ensure customer success. - Be the face of the company for keeping the clients up to date on new product releases, feature enhancements & product roadmaps.
