Job Description Summary: Job Code: 0143 Job Profile Name: VP Real Estate, Facilities, Design & Construction JOB SUMMARY The Vice President of Real Estate, Facilities, Design & Construction provides enterprise-wide strategic leadership for all healthcare facilities, construction, real estate, and property management activities across the organization. This executive role is responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining a comprehensive portfolio of owned, leased, and managed properties while ensuring that all physical environments support clinical excellence, patient safety, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and long-term sustainability. The VP partners closely with clinical, operational, financial, and executive leaders to align real estate strategy, capital investments, and facility operations with the organization’s healthcare delivery model and long-term strategic goals.
