Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician- Federal to join our Records Management team in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for the secure handling, shelving, and retrieval of customer storage boxes, ensuring the safety and integrity of sensitive information. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: - Process incoming orders by scanning carton barcodes and locations using the Safekeeper system; retrieve and return an average of 200 secure storage boxes daily. - Load and unload trailers, move, weigh, and sort items, and prepare specific boxes for destruction or shredding. - Maintain a clean and safe work area while strictly adhering to organizational standards to ensure the total security of customer information. - Safely operate industry tools and warehouse equipment to disassemble items and manage high-volume inventory.
