The American Cancer Society recommends getting an annual screening mammogram starting at age 40. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify. Don’t miss the opportunity to receive this important health test in the comfort and privacy of the St. Elizabeth mobile van. Book through MyChart today or call (877) 424-5750 to schedule your appointment. Space is limited. Following the guidelines of the Society of Breast Imaging, it is recommended to schedule your mammogram either before your first COVID-19 vaccine dose, or at least four weeks after your second dose. To schedule through MyChart: - Select “Visits/Appointments” from the MyChart homepage. - Schedule an appointment with “Screening Mammogram” as the reason for your visit and answer the following questions. - Choose “Mobile Van” as your preferred site. - Select your preferred location to see which date(s) and time(s) the van is available at that site. - If your location isn’t listed, choose “Mobile Mammography Other Location” and book an available appointment for the date and time the van is at your preferred site. - Select the time and click “Schedule” to confirm your appointment.
