Employer: Aerotek. Job Title: General Production Worker ENTRY LEVEL MANUFACTURING - NO EXP REQUIRED Job Description This is an extremely entry-level position that requires no prior experience. As a General Production Worker, you will support daily production activities by operating your workstation safely, performing light mechanical assembly, and assisting with packaging and inspection tasks in a cleanroom environment. You will receive on-the-job training and work as part of a collaborative team to ensure products meet quality standards and are prepared for shipment. Responsibilities - Complete and follow all pre-operation, start-up, and shut-down procedures for the assigned workstation. - Feed raw materials into machines or workstations according to instructions and safety guidelines. - Assemble small parts and components using light mechanical assembly techniques. - Perform basic quality checks and testing to ensure products meet established standards. - Inspect parts and finished products for defects or inconsistencies and report issues as needed. - Pack items accurately and securely for shipment, following packaging and labeling requirements. - Support kitting activities by gathering and organizing components as required. - Complete daily production and activity reports accurately and on time. - Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and securing hair. - Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with cleanroom and production standards. - Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors to meet production goals. - Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus, accuracy, and consistent output.
